Oversees the planning, allocation, and management of the organization's financial, human, and other critical resources.

Develops and manages the organization's capital and operating budgets, aligning them with strategic priorities.

Ensures efficient utilization of resources and identifies opportunities for cost optimization.

Oversees the identification, assessment, and mitigation of strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks facing the organization.

Develops and implements robust risk management policies, processes, and contingency plans.

Monitors the performance of the pension fund's investments and makes timely adjustments to the portfolio as needed.
