Each year, the Pension and Gratuity Agency reviews the impact of its public-information and stakeholder-engagement efforts. The 2025 Communication and Outreach Report summarizes all awareness activities conducted under the national Pension Fund program. It highlights the key messages delivered to civil servants and the public, the number of events and media appearances completed, and the results of pre- and post-campaign surveys. The report also tracks performance indicators from the Agency’s Monitoring and Evaluation framework, including website visits, social-media reach, and audience feedback. By publishing this annual account, the Agency demonstrates transparency and continuous improvement in how it informs, educates, and listens to its members.
